Adorable Kitty Needs Your Help!

A friend of C.A.R.E. contacted us about this adorable orange guy who she found  outside right before the hurricane.  He was with a friend, but that kitty found her own forever home.  The lady took him in as a foster, but he needs a forever home too.  He also has some issues with his teeth that will need addressing, so the person who takes him in must also being willing to help him with his special needs.
